From the form to your member card, in three steps.

  1. Step 1: Fill in the form

    फारम भर्नुहोस्

    Your personal details, your address in Nepal and where you live now, how often you’ve donated, and a clear photo.

  2. Step 2: The committee reviews it

    समितिले हेर्छ

    Someone from the INBDA membership committee reads every application. We email you when there’s a decision.

  3. Step 3: Download your member card

    Open Check status, enter your reference number, and save your INBDA member ID card to your phone.

Have these ready, and the form takes a few minutes.

  • A clear passport-style photo

    Face the camera, plain background. A photo taken on your phone is fine.

  • Your permanent address in Nepal

    Municipality, ward and district, for example Bhimeshwor-4, Dolakha.

  • Your current address

    Where you live now, in Nepal or abroad.

  • Mobile number and email

    Include your country code. We send updates about your application by email.

  • Roughly how many times you’ve donated

    A best guess is fine.

Who can become a member?
Any Nepali blood donor, whether you live in Nepal or abroad. If you can’t donate right now but want to support the movement, you’re welcome to apply too.
How long does the review take?
There’s no fixed time. The INBDA membership committee reviews every application itself, and we’ll email you as soon as a decision is made. You can look up where your application is at any time on Check status.
How do I get my member ID card?
When you send the form you get a reference number, like APP-2026-0042. Once you’re approved, open Check status, enter that number and download your card. Keep it on your phone or print it.
I lost my reference number. What do I do?
Email ourinbda@gmail.com from the address you applied with, and tell us your full name. We’ll send your reference number back to you.
How do I update my details?
Moved country or changed your phone number? Email ourinbda@gmail.com with your reference number and what has changed, and the committee will update your record.
